Office Hours & Appointments

The office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday appointments may be available on individual basis.

Our office is available 24 hours a day for emergencies, especially those involving facial trauma or infections that require prompt attention.

During your first call, our scheduling coordinator will assist you with your appointment and will obtain some information that will facilitate your visit with us. It is frequently necessary to see you for an initial consultation prior to any surgery. We recommend you to bring any recent x-rays or referral forms given to you by your dentist or physician. During your initial consultation, Dr. Kazemi will perform a thorough clinical and x-ray examination and then discuss treatment options and answer any questions you may have.
